Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls with truck drivers and company managers.
• Utilize proprietary dispatch software and other tools to manage shifts and schedules.
• Perform administrative tasks such as updating G Suite and dispatch platforms.
• Handle routine communication in English and Spanish with professionalism and clarity.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent English proficiency and minimal accent.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in the trucking/logistics industry preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Availability: Must work US Central Time Day & Night shifts.
• Setup: Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
